As Big As It Gets ~ #MonsterJam

Last night I was able to take my kiddos to see Monster Jam!!! Who would have thought that I would be spending my birthday weekend watching enormous trucks do tricks, ...... and wearing ear plugs? I am SO glad we went, my kids and I had a blast!

There were 6 Monster Jam Trucks participating in three Events- Racing, Wheelie Competition, and Freestyle Competition. Doing doughnuts, catching air with all four wheels, crashing up over cars, and more. These guys have entertaining a crowd down to an art! 

Here's the Monster Jam participants we were able to see. 

1. Mega-Bite
2. Quadzilla
3. Spike
4. Mechanical Mischief
5. Nitro Hornet - the Race Winner
6. King Krunch- Wheelie Champion and Freestyle Champion

Besides the Monster Truck competitions, we stayed well entertained with Quad Races and some super talented guys on dirt bikes doing wheelies, back flips and other awesome tricks. 

I will say this.... make sure you have earplugs or muffs because it gets very LOUD. I sat with my coat and my daughters wrapped around my belly to protect our little one still growing in my belly. He was not happy when the first Monster Truck really got on it, and revved up his engine. I received a few annoyed or startled kicks.

We were all laughing! It was a FUN NIGHT! =)

One of the most memorable moments for me was looking over at both my smiling kids, eyes wide with anticipation of what would come next, and watching my son clapping non stop even though nothing was going on at that moment. He is a major lover of all things with 4 wheels, and seeing this Monster Jam event made his night. Have you ever been to Monster Jam?
