With both of my kiddos, I have received their first stuffed animal before they even arrived on the scene from friends and family. There's just something about giving a little friend to cuddle with to kids and babies that people can't resist. Now with our new little guy arriving soon, I have been thinking about what I would love for his first stuffed animal to be. Honestly, only one place came to mind Build A Bear!
We are very much a Build A Bear family, they just have so many different stuffed animal choices that extends way beyond Bears. From the holiday themed Easter Bunnies to precious Puppies, and even a Blue Stingray or Stegosaurus, you can find just the right furry friend for your child. I received the Wild Furry Friend, 17in Horse in order to facilitate this product feature, and as expected it is just adorable! The Horse is the perfect huggable size, and of course well made. It even came with a birth certificate, and some fun stickers too.
The clothing and accessories Build A Bear offers for their selection of stuffed friends seems to be endless. We chose the Hello Kitty Metallic Skirt 2 piece outfit from their Hello Kitty line of clothing, and 2 pairs of the Twinkle Toes Triple Up by Sketchers Shoes. The Hello Kitty little skirt and shirt are wonderfully made with good stitching, and just look too cute on the Horse! I was also very impressed with the shoes. Love that the shoes stay on the horse! Shoes don't usually stay on stuffed animals well. Good to know! :)
