Gifts From Around The World For Kids From Little Passports #HolidayGiftGuide

Introducing my kids to cultures from around the world is one of my favorite things we do in our homeschool. We enjoy learning all about different countries from how they live to what their favorite foods are. This year I have found some fun gift ideas for the kids to learn more about weather and coins from around the world!

You may remember from my Back to School Guide earlier this year that we started using the Little Passports World Edition with our second grader to expand our curriculum. Our son has loved these monthly kits, and is having fun while learning more about the different countries each month. This holiday season I wanted to share with all of you a couple gift ideas from Little Passports that give your kids the resources to explore weather and learn about coins from around the world.

The Weather Lab is a fun science kit for your kiddos ages 6+ to learn about three different weather events that affect people all over the world. They will be able to create a volcano, make their own snow, and even get an up close look at a tornado vortex. The Learning Guides included for each activity explains all about each of these powerful weather events with fun facts and information. They will learn the difference between magma and lava, in what country the largest snow sculpture was made, and what states are a part of tornado alley.
The Weather Lab Kit includes-

  • 3 colorful Learning Guides
  • Packet of "Snow"
  • Handheld Tornado
  • and a Volcano building kit with clay and a paint set

Would your child love a World Coin Collection? As they learn about different countries having a coin to showcase and hold would be pretty cool. In the Little Passports World Coin Collection you receive coins from all across the globe. This is the perfect gift for your little explorer ages 6+. This set includes 20 real coins from different countries like a kopek from Russia and a centavo from Argentina.  With the included booklet they will be able to learn where each coin in their collection comes from, design their coin, and more.
The World Coin Collection includes-
  • 20 Real Coins From Around The World
  • Magnifying Glass
  • Storage Pouch
  • 10 page booklet filled with trivia and fun activities
