When I was pregnant and first made the decision to cloth diaper our youngest a couple years ago, we were gifted six diapers for Christmas. I was thrilled!!! Using cloth diapers over the last year and half has helped our tight budget. Plus given the fact they are eco-friendly and just so cute doesn't hurt my opinion of them either. Thirsties Modern Cloth Diapers are made in the US, have a variety of trusted cloth diaper styles and accessories including their One Size All In One Cloth Diaper. The Thirsties One Size AIO cloth diaper will fit your child from approximately 8-40 pounds with three different rise settings. They also have two rows of snaps at the waist so you can customize the fit for your skinny mini or chubby little one. This AIO is made with a total of 4 layers of protection. The outside is a 100% polyester with waterproof TPU laminated, and the inner liner is 100% polyester microfleece. Then on the inside is a layer of microfiber terry, and the inner soaker is 100% polyester topped with microfiber terry closest to baby's skin. 

Our son has put the one size AIO cloth diaper from Thirsties to the test over the last couple weeks, and I have been very satisfied with it's absorbency. Thirsties claims on their website that the inner soaker's 3 layers of microfiber terry will hold 7 times it's weight in liquid, and I believe every word. It holds in the icky messes and wetness for daytime wear easily. I usually change his diaper about once every one and half to two hours. For nap time or overnight I found that I needed to add a bit of extra absorbency with a Thirsties hemp insert. The insert fits easily under the flap of the soaker which made adding this insert very simple. 

I especially love how soft the inner microfiber terry feels, and that it will keep our son dryer longer. The One Size AIO cloth diapers, like the Thirsties one size Pocket cloth diapers I reviewed last year, are very trim on our skinny little guy. It's easy to use design makes this one of my husband's new favorites too. He likes that it is ready to go straight out of the laundry with no snapping inserts to the diaper before hand, and that he doesn't need to {in his words} "Get crazy with folding a super long insert" to get a good fit. 

Speaking of laundry this AIO cloth diaper does require a bit of prepping. It is recommended that you wash and dry 2-3 times before wear. I went ahead and prepped it through three cycles, and found it worked great for us from day one. Since the soaker is sewn in on only one side on the top it dries very fast for an AIO. Thirsties suggests line drying or use only the low heat setting to maintain your warranty, but drying on high once a month for fifteen minutes is beneficial to the laminate and will not void your warranty.  

The AIO cloth diapers are available in a quite a few different colors and prints and in both snap and hook and loop closures right now. We chose the Blackbird print (pictured above) with snaps, and I love it. This was our first snap closure from Thirsties, and I am so happy to report their snap closures are high quality and hold tight just as well as the hook and loop always has for us. 

The Thirsties Wet Bag is a great addition to my rotation, and can hold up to 8 diapers and inserts. This wet bag has fully taped waterproof seems, a zip closure and made with 100% polyester Waterproof TPU laminate. There is a color coordinating snap handle that will fit around a door knob, or you can roll up the wet bag and secure with the handle for compact storage. The Thirsties wet bag has not only kept my diaper bag dry, but also contained the odors very well while out and about holiday shopping this year.
