Diaper Changes With Memory Foam Comfort ~ Ah Goo Baby The Plush Pad Review

Our small three bedroom home is super crowded now that we have three children, and we decided to opt out on purchasing a changing table when our son was born last year. Still I wanted to have a comfortable way to be able to change our son. Luckily I found a memory foam changing pad that is perfect since it saves space and is beyond soft!

Ah Goo Baby has so many products for baby that are functional, stylish, and you can coordinate all your gear with their trendy matching prints. Their products include stroller blankets, wipes cases, bibs, burp cloths and more. You may remember my review of the Ah Goo Baby Pacifier Tote and Grab-and-Go Bag last year. Well I found exactly what I was looking for in a space saving changing pad at Ah Goo Baby -The Plush Pad!

The Plush Pad can be both an on the go and permanent changing station! It has an incredibly soft body contouring memory foam that's over a half an inch thick in the center providing excellent comfort and support for baby. The memory foam is topped with a water repellent taslin fabric that protects it from accidents, and both of these layers are then also slipped into the outer cover. This outer layer is so ridiculously soft; I honestly do not know how to describe it other than to say it's softer to me than our treasured minky infant blankets. One of the best parts about this product is not only is it soft, but it is also water repellent and machine washable- a must for my home! 

This first of it's kind hybrid design, that's mom invented and patented, allows The Plush Pad to be rolled up easily and quickly for on the go. It is approximately two feet square when opened, and just a 3 x 10 in. cylinder after being rolled. When you are finished using the Plush Pad or packing it up for on the go there are three snaps to secure the sides in place. Then you just roll from the top down, and wrap the two attached elastic bands around the ends to hold it in place. (see picture up top for full view of The Plush Pad rolled)

One of my favorite things about Ah Goo Baby is that all of their products can coordinate with their trendy prints. The Plush Pad is available in 16 different stylish designs from Zoo Animals which has a blue, green, and brown modern zoo design to the Audrey with a black and white damask print. I personally fell in love with the Retro Daisy print which is pictured in this review.

The Plush Pad works out great for daily diaper changes in our home, and I can easily pack it into our diaper bag for when we are out and about. I love that it can pull double duty! If you have ever changed your little one in a public area, you know that those plastic changing stations are hard, cold and uncomfortable even with a plastic changing pad. The Plush Pad brings comfort and warmth right in your diaper bag, and our little guy tolerates his diaper changes a lot better.
