A Fashionable Gift Idea With A Little Zip - Zipz Shoes #HolidayGiftGuide

I have always loved receiving shoes as a gift, and know I am not the only shoe lover out there!!! This holiday season I just have to share with you a brand of shoes that that would make a great gift idea- Zipz Shoes!

First a little about Zipz Shoes' beginnings. One of my favorite things about Zipz is it was created by Jerry Stefani and his family. The idea actually originated at a family BBQ in California! The family collaborated and eventually, after some creative thinking and a few prototypes, agreed on zippers as a way to make the shoe that could change covers. Now we have this awesome truly interchangeable shoe system Zipz!!!

How do Zipz work? First you choose a Zipz Soul or the base of the shoe from the styles available. Then select your favorite Shoe Cover, and that's it! Now you have a trendy piece of footwear to show off, and compliment your personal style. 

Currently there are five different kinds of "souls"- Mavericks, Hermosas, High Tops, Low Tops, and Slip Ons. The outsole gives you excellent traction, and none of those annoying squeaky noises while you walk. The souls all feature a comfortable extra cushioned insole, and a wonderfully designed arch support system. My daughter has been wearing these shoes for a few weeks, and in her words, "These shoes are super comfy!". I know she means it because if they match her style choices that day, even remotely, she is sporting them instead of  a different pair. {Note these shoes are currently only available in adult sizes.}

We really like how you can transform your shoe by simply unzipping the cover and zipping on a new one. Zipz offers so many different solid and patterned Cover Styles that you are sure to find the a trendy Cover that fits you. We tried the High Tops with both the Punk Pink and Dragon Rose Covers which are pictured below. 

Most importantly switching the covers is a cinch with the interchangeable zipper system! It's very simple to unzip and add your new Cover to the shoe soul since Zipz Shoes feature YKK Zippers and Fastening Systems which are durable and easy to use. That is one way to save room in the closet since the Covers do not take up that much space.
